There is no transfer function between applications.

[License] This license (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") describes the conditions that are prerequisites for the customer to use this application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
Please read this agreement to the end before using this application.When you use this application, it is considered that you have agreed to this agreement.
Article 1 (license, etc.) Enegate Co., Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as "our company") grants the customer the right to use this application in Japan, provided that the customer agrees to and complies with this agreement.
We do not transfer the copyright or other intellectual property rights related to this application to the customer.
Article 2 (Terms of Use) In Japan, we download and install this application on your smartphone or other mobile terminal (hereinafter referred to as "mobile terminal") that meets the operating environment conditions specified by us, and our HEMS controller.
We license you to use it as an individual to remotely control home appliances and housing equipment connected to the "Smart Gateway".
This application can be downloaded and installed only on the relevant mobile device.
In addition, we do not guarantee that this application is compatible with all mobile terminals.
Article 3 (Prohibited matters) It is prohibited for the customer to perform any of the following acts.(1) Disassembling, decompiling, reverse engineering, and analyzing the source code, structure, ideas, etc.

Article 5 (validity period) 1.
This agreement shall take effect when the customer installs this application.2.
If you violate any of the provisions of this agreement, or if you infringe our copyright or other intellectual property rights, we may revoke your license.3.
The customer shall promptly uninstall or delete this application if the license to the customer is revoked according to the preceding paragraph.
Article 6 (Warranty Scope) 1.
This application is provided to customers as it is, and we are fully aware of the functions, performance, results of use, etc.

We do not guarantee the property, accuracy, validity, usefulness, reliability (including that this application and your home appliances and housing equipment do not malfunction).
In addition, we do not guarantee that your mobile device will not malfunction by downloading or installing this application.
The customer is responsible for all responsibility for the selection, usage effect or usage result (including the result due to the customers operation error) of this application.2.
We are not obligated to repair bugs or other problems in this application or to improve or improve this application.
However, we may, at our discretion, provide you with updated versions or version upgrade information of this application.
In this case, such updated version or version upgrade information will be treated as one with this application, and this agreement will also be applied to these.3.
We will provide our prescribed support for this application only if you use the officially issued ID, password, and connection URL.
However, the customer shall manage the ID and password appropriately, and we shall not be liable for any damages caused by the theft or unauthorized use of the ID and password by a third party.4.
Our company shall be able to suspend or terminate the provision of this application at any time for any reason, and shall not be liable for such suspension or termination.5.
Even if we are liable for damages related to this application or its use, the scope of such liability arises directly and in reality to the customer unless we admit intentional or gross negligence.
It shall be limited to normal damage.
Article 7 (Compatible devices) 1.
To use this application, our HEMS controller "Smart Gateway" must already be installed and always connected to the Internet line.
We shall not be liable for any inability to use, interruption of use, malfunction, etc.

Home appliances and housing equipment that can be operated with this application must be compatible with ECHONET Lite.
For devices that support ECHONET Lite, please check the ECHONET Consortium website.
However, this application does not guarantee the operation of all ECHONET Lite compatible devices, nor does it guarantee that all functions can be used.
In addition, it is the customers responsibility to confirm that the installation and usage status of the home appliances and housing equipment to be operated are safe, normal and appropriate.
Article 8 (Other) 1.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with Japanese law.2.
This agreement may be changed by our company due to the enactment, revision or abolition of laws and regulations, or due to our circumstances, etc., and the change is displayed on our homepage (https://www.enegate.co.jp/).
It shall take effect by doing so.
If you do not agree to the change of this agreement, you must stop using this application, and if you use this application after changing this agreement, you will be deemed to have agreed to the change.3.
For disputes related to this application and this agreement, the Osaka District Court or the Osaka Magistrates Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
